Warranty

We always take the greatest care in the quality of our products and their packaging. However, a product can arrive at your home with a defect, caused during production or shipping. In such cases, you can claim the warranty. Please check the quality of the items when they arrive. If you wish to make a warranty claim, you are legally required to notify us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect is covered by the warranty, you can return the product to us and we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship or caused by shipping. It does not cover problems or damage to an item caused by or resulting from: If any parts are missing, we will send them to you free of charge.

Complaints procedure

If you are not satisfied with a product or our service, we would like to resolve this with you. We ask you to report your complaint to us by sending an e-mail to info@van-tjalle-en-jasper.nl. If this does not lead to a solution or if you are not satisfied with our solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur . For EU consumers, it is also possible to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/ .
